Poets House is an independent library and cultural space expanding access to poetry through classes and free programs built on meaning, open expression, and connection through poetry. This year, they lost over $100,000 in federal funding. As our own Emily Hyland is a poet who has read at Poets House and cares deeply about this beloved New York institution, we want to help Poets House bridge the gap in their funding. This summer when you order our special pizza, The Poet, we will donate the proceeds to Poets House. The Poet is a vodka sauce pie with onions, mozzarella, pecorino, havarti, banana peppers, and a drizzle of our famous green goddess ranch dressing.

We will also be hosting a special fundraising dinner at Emily on 9/24 to benefit Poets House. Save the date!

Join us Monday June 16* for an evening of connection and community at Emily Brooklyn in support of ! Point supports the educational aspirations of LGBTQ+ and ally students to become impactful leaders in their lives, careers, and communities.

The final pizza in our Women’s Month History series was created by , the acclaimed chef and owner of on the Lower East Side and Upper West Side and in Midtown. Leah’s cooking philosophy is to stay true to authentic Southeast Asian flavors - influenced by her Filipino upbringing and her annual trips to the region - while incorporating classical Western techniques.
