It certainly brings back memories as we started Moon Man at Queens Night Market many years ago ... Fast forward 8 years later, the market is still our home. We've grown as a business, we're far more efficient as a team, but we still deeply love the QNM community.
We need more spaces in the city where small businesses can work together like this. We're certainly feel lucky to be a part of it.

We are back at for another season!
The first one will be this Saturday! We are bringing the same menu as last year, coconut pancake, kaya toast, and cassava cake.
What else is the same? ... The price! Miraculously, despite the rising ingredient costs, we keep the price the same as last year!
Come join us this Saturday from 4 pm til midnight, at flushing meadow Corona park (right behind the NY hall of science.)

Pandan kaya jam is back in stock at our station inside !!!
Pandan kaya jam is definitely our best selling flavor among all the jams we offer. Pandan leaves have a very tantalizing aroma that's very hard to resist. Once you taste it, you'll understand the allure.
Our jams are made with real pandan leaves also, which makes the color not as vibrant compared to the ones you find out there. But we can guarantee it tastes far more incredible.

After a brief hiatus... We are officially back at !!!
We have many new products to offer. Our signature kaya jams are available, as well as our pandan and ube tiramisu. Outside of that, we have our series of micro fries, deliciously addictive indonesian roasted cashews, as well as traditional indonesian pineapple tart!!!

Last Micro Fries in the series .... Salted egg yolk flavor!!!
While the other two were sitting on the sweeter side. We created one that's more on the salty side. Not just plain salt of course, we go beyond with salted duck egg yolk. It's a classic flavor used in many dishes in Asia.
Thank you everyone who has been ordering these micro fries. It's been flying off our kitchen, and we're really grateful!

We've been quiet for a while. But the Moon Man Lab has been busy making new treats!
Introducing: micro fries! ... We're launching a series of mini potato chips in delicious Southeast Asian flavors. First up is the tamarind lemongrass. It's sticky, crunchy, fruity sour, sweet, and fragrant at the same time. A hint of chili flavors gives it a nice heat at the end.
During Thanksgiving, we sneakily put this on our website to test and the response has been overwhelming!
Thank you for supporting our small business, and we'll announce the rest of the micro fries flavor in the next few days!

Due to some plumbing issues, our station at Chelsea Market will close temporarily.
We are working diligently to resolve this issue. In the meantime, you still can get some delicious Moon Man goodies via our website.
We will still be at til the closing of the season as well (there are only 2 Saturdays left!).
