Today marks 8 years since we opened our doors.
What a beautiful and meaningful journey it has been. So many memories, so many moments, so much growth. When I look back, I feel deeply grateful for two things.
First, our guests. Thank you for your trust, your support, and for allowing us to take care of you each time you dine with us. It is something we never take for granted. We truly cherish the relationships we have built and the opportunity to welcome you, serve you, and be part of your special moments over the years.
Second, our team. It is a privilege to work alongside such kind, genuine, and dedicated people. The warmth, care, and spirit that each person brings is what makes this place feel alive. The journey would not be the same without you, and I am sincerely grateful to be surrounded by such a wonderful group of individuals.
Thank you for being part of these 8 years. Your support means more than words can express, and I look forward with excitement and gratitude to all that is still to come.
