Lunch break. October edition. Since we saw so much love with last months chilaquiles, we wanted to bring another one of our favorite dishes from Mexico. This soft and crunchy sandwich is stuffed to the brim with chorizo and potatoes cooked in our guajillo salsa then topped with fresh mozz and dunked into the same sauce. Apart from that you will see everything pumpkin and apple all over the Bakeshop. See you soon
