Our version however does not include potato, we substitute roasted cauliflower and mix in some cooked red lentils along with a spice mixture, onions, peas carrots and fresh cilantro. After pressing our ORANGE JUICE, we reserved the peel and blanched it to remove the bitterness then cooked it down with some of fresh juice and some spices to make our Orange Marmalade. What better than to turn it into a CREAMSICLE DANISH. We made a velvety vanilla cream cheese filling which sits under the marmalade and the topped with a hint of orange and vanilla glaze around the outside. Our Danish and jarred marmalade On our display for a limited time.
