Dio recently traveled to Japan and Chef Ai, a Japanese chef in Brooklyn, traveled to Brazil this year and these trip made this event happen. the menu for this event reflects our experience on both Japan and Brazil, take it the best of both world! Miki will explain brief history and the meanings behind this staple Japanese food at the event and cater you creative and unconventional style of Omusubi, Ai will serve Japanese inspired food using local ingredients and make sure people have a good time:)
Aperitif will be served at the beginning of the event.

Learning about the philosophy, history, and the meanings behind this simple rice ball will be a fun afternoon event on your Saturday! You will learn how to make Omusubi (of course) and also learn much more about it. Miki will teach you hands on making Omusubi with you and make your own creation choosing from more than 20 seasonings and we create Omusubi art together!
Food by Ai will be served at the end of the workshop.
