We have been talking about this event since Dio opened Quest Emporium last fall. Dio recently traveled to Japan and Chef Ai, a Japanese chef in Brooklyn, traveled to Brazil this year and these trip made this event happen. the menu for this event reflects our experience on both Japan and Brazil, take it the best of both world! We will bring a warm spring energy to the table. DM for bookings.
*Quest Emporium is located in Montclair, NJ, features Arts, culture, curious goods, and tailored and deisgned clothings by Dio . it’s a well curated select shop.
Chef Ai is a Brooklyn based chef, offers contemporary Japanese food using local ingredients.

Learning about the philosophy, history, and the meanings behind this simple rice ball will be a fun afternoon event on your Saturday! You will learn how to make Omusubi (of course) and also learn much more about it. Miki will teach you hands on making Omusubi with you and make your own creation choosing from more than 20 seasonings and we create Omusubi art together!
Food by Ai will be served at the end of the workshop.
