For the final dinner in our Guest Chef Series, we collaborated with Bangkok Supper Club’s Max Wittawat in support of City Harvest Australia. The menu celebrated both chefs’ culinary perspectives, with dishes including Short Rib Tortellini with Massaman Curry and Toasted Cashew, Butter-Poached Lobster with Tom Yum Bisque, and Dry-Aged Duck Breast with Orange Lemongrass Sauce. Thank you to everyone who joined us — one for the books!

Contemporary American cuisine meets modern Thai cooking, inspired by Bangkok’s late-night food culture, as Manhatta’s Chef Michele Brogioni and Bangkok Supper Club’s Chef Max Wittawat come together for a one-night-only, five-course tasting menu.
Benefitting City Harvest Australia, a portion of the proceeds from each dining experience will be donated to support their work rescuing and delivering food for New Yorkers in need.

A look back at the first dinner in our Guest Chef Series, bringing together the flavors of New York City with Semma’s Vijaya Kumar and Manhatta’s , in support of City Harvest Australia.
The five-course menu celebrated both chefs’ cuisines, with dishes including Fried Octopus “Al Pastor,” Valiya Chemmeen Moilee Lobster Tail, and Mattu Iraichi Sukka Beef Short Rib.

Meet Cameron Johnson, our new Bar Manager.
Over her three years at Manhatta, Cameron has grown into an integral part of the team, taking on several roles along the way. Now leading the bar, she brings a thoughtful approach to mixology while expanding our spirits program. When she’s not behind the bar, Cameron is also an opera singer, bringing her creativity to the stage.
Coming in October: an all-new seasonal cocktail menu. We’re excited to see what she pours next!
