Most people upgrade their espresso machine first.
That’s the wrong move.
Your grinder determines your extraction.
And extraction determines flavor.
Blade grinders create chaos:
Uneven particles = uneven taste.
Burr grinders create control:
Uniform grind = balanced, sweet clarity.
If you’re brewing specialty coffee,
a burr grinder isn’t optional.
It’s essential.
