This sunday, sunDAY, SUNDAY at Windjammer Bar we will be hosting our 7th (8th?) Annual Super Bowl Party! We'll have everything you need for a good ol' time. TVs, foods, beers - and a couple of those things are even free! So come out, come early, get yourself a seat! Guess Usher's halftime set in order and win a free, yearlong parking spot at the now-defunct Rite-Aid*! And did we mention FREE huuuuuge sandwiches from our friends and neighbors !? You'd be crazy not to come! Party starts at noon, kickoff at 6:30.

Did you know one of the greatest days in American history was January 6th... 1912!? That was the day New Mexico became the 47th state!
Did you also know that, even though the Windjammer is nautically-themed, it is partially owned and operated by a native New Mexican? That being said, there will be a little celebration of New Mexico's statehood on Saturday night. We'll play The Shins, Xzibit and some Al Hurricane. Maybe bring out some Sadie's salsa. Maybe watch "The Man Who Fell To Earth". Come on down! Invite your friends.

Just got word that our lovely neighbor across the street, Rite-Aid, will be closing on September 3rd! Oh man, we really CAN believe it. If you still need a place on Grandview where you need to ask somebody else to get you a beer, we're here for you. And you won't even have to wait that long.
