Play Sports Bar, located at 2 Sneden Ave in Annadale, was a popular sports bar and grill offering an extensive menu of wings, heroes, wraps, pasta, steaks, seafood, and tex-mex favorites. Their craft beer menu boasted over 75 different varieties of beer including Belgian, German and domestic breweries. They were open for lunch and dinner with live bands and DJs every Thursday to Saturday night, making it the best place on Staten Island to watch sports. Unfortunately, this restaurant has been permanently closed.

To get to Sneden Avenue in New York, there are several options depending on your mode of transportation.
Public Transport:
Take the Subway, line 2 or 5, to the Simpson Street Station. From there, walk east on Freeman Street until you reach Hoe Avenue, then take a right and continue until you reach Sneden Avenue.
Driving:
From Manhattan, take the FDR Drive (East River Drive) northbound to the Willis Ave Bridge exit. After crossing the bridge, keep to your left and follow signs for 138th St/3rd Ave. Take a left onto 138th St and go over the bridge. Once over the bridge turn right onto Bruckner Blvd and keep straight until you reach Hoe Avenue. Turn left on Hoe Ave and continue until you reach Sneden Ave.
Parking:
There are several paid parking lots in the area around Sneden Avenue that offer hourly rates for parking. Alternatively, street parking is also available but spots can be hard to come by during busy times.
