Omar Bailey shares proud moment at the 2019 Penn Relays with Rasheed Broadbell: son of former teammate Maurice Broadbell. Rasheed ran the 1st leg of the 4 x 100m for high school bpys that won the Championship of America title in 40.83.Both were members of the 1993 Champs winning team.
