8 years in and it feels like a dream getting to do what we love, everyday. It’s not easy, but maybe that’s why it’s so powerful. Thank you for showing up —weekly, monthly, yearly. Eating dinner, buying gift cards, wine , merch —it all means the world to us. During Sake Harmony Weeks (Oct 13th-Nov 2nd) we’re offering a special sake + arancini pairing for $20. Pairing sake with cheese may sound unusual, especially in an Italian restaurant; but it’s an incredible match. The lactic acid found in sake mirrors that of dairy products like cheese, creating a natural balance. In this case–the sake has a touch of sweetness that complements the saffron-honey drizzled on top. The sake brings out the salty and savory elements of the grana padano cheese and black pepper. It just works beautifully!
