For the Vietnamese restaurant, take the subway to the Flushing Ave station (J or M train), exit on Flushing Ave and walk east towards Broadway. It will be on your right after a couple of blocks.
For the Asian fusion restaurant and sandwich shop, take the G train to Greenpoint Ave station or the 7/E/M/G trains to Court Square-23 St station. From there, it's a short walk to the restaurant.
If you're driving, there are street parking spots available but they can be limited. Alternatively, there are several parking lots nearby that charge hourly rates.
