Belle Harlem Belle Harlem, an American restaurant located on Adam Clayton Powell Jr Boulevard, was once home to Chef Darryl Burnette's "chic comfort food in Harlem" cuisine. Having trained at The Culinary Institute of America and worked under some of the world-renowned chefs like Marcus Samuelsson and Charlie Palmer, Burnette was known for delivering a unique dining experience. Before closing permanently, Belle Harlem was previously situated within close proximity to the ever-buzzing streets of New York City.
