Our annual Fête du Citron menu returns this month, celebrating the beginning of spring with the tart, invigorating accent of lemon. How does chilled asparagus and rhubarb with yogurt dressing and pink lemon sound? Or a grilled veal chop with mandiranquat jam. And, yes, we strongly believe an icy-cold vodka martini with a twist would go excellently with this menu.
