To get to Jay Street in New York, you can take the subway via lines A, C, F, or R to Jay St-MetroTech Station. For those driving, there is a parking garage on Jay Street between Willoughby and Fulton Streets.
As for the supposed chicken shop and chicken restaurant, both are within walking distance from the station and parking garage. The chicken shop is located on the corner of Jay Street and Willoughby Street while the chicken restaurant is a block away on Jay Street between Fulton and Johnson Streets.
