When life gives you lemons, enjoy a lemonade 💛🍋
Solo date idea for all our New Yorkers: take yourself out for an afternoon drink on a sunny day. Try a new spot or revisit one of your favorites 🌱🫶🏼
We have many regulars who make a ritual of moments like these. There’s something comforting about returning to a place you know—ordering your usual, finding your favorite seat, and taking a pause from the city’s pace.
Solo outings can feel a little less intimidating when they become familiar. And often, it’s the simplest pleasures—a glass of lemonade, a patch of sunshine, a quiet moment to yourself—that end up being the most refreshing. 💛

Quick Q&A with our 🌎
We are crossing planetary boundaries faster than most people realize, and our food system is one of the biggest reasons why.
From deforestation and biodiversity collapse to water depletion and emissions, what we eat shapes the future of life on Earth more than almost any other daily choice.
In today’s Honest Earth episode, we ask the questions:
• What’s the biggest misconception about food and climate?
• And can changing your diet really make a bigger impact than changing your car?
The answer may (not) surprise you.
Because the fastest way to lower your footprint isn’t always what you drive, it’s what’s on your plate.

The 9 planetary boundaries define the safe space for humanity:
1. Climate change 🌡️
2. Biodiversity loss 🐾
3. Land use 🌳
4. Freshwater use 💧
5. Nitrogen & phosphorus cycles 🌾
6. Ocean acidification 🌊
7. Air pollution 🌫️
8. Ozone layer ☀️
9. Chemical pollution 🧪
So where do we stand?

At a time when food insecurity continues to impact so many New Yorkers, we’re grateful to partner with to help rescue and redistribute quality food to communities across the city.
This collaboration reflects something we deeply believe in: great food should never go to waste, and every meal has the power to make a difference. Since launching our amazing collab menu items with (Indian vegan chef and ambassador for City Harvest) we also started our round-up program at all NYC locations, where guests can choose to round up their order and donate—and it’s already brought in great donations so far!
A big thank you to the City Harvest team for the incredible work they do every day. We’re honored to support your mission and be part of the impact. 💚
