YELLOW BELL PEPPER gelato flavor! “Savory” gelato, why savory? We call it “savory” because it starts from a “savory” ingredient, usually not used as ingredient to make gelato! BUT WHEN NATURE OFFERS SO MUCH, IT’S VERY HARD NOT TO BE TEMPTED TO TURN IT IN AN AMAZING NEW GELATO FLAVOR! Perfect paired with some Raspberry sorbet or for a FANCY APERITIVO with some ARTISANAL GOAT CHEESE and good BREAD! Ops... we forgot ... add a glass of natural white wine! 😋
