Take the B63 bus or R train to the 9th Street station. From there, walk south on Fifth Avenue for three blocks. The coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant will be on your left.

Driving/Parking:
If you're driving, take the Gowanus Expressway to the Third Avenue exit. Make a left onto Third Avenue, then a right onto Ninth Street. Continue for about ten blocks until you reach Fifth Avenue, then turn right. Look for parking along Fifth Avenue or on side streets nearby.

Note: As per instructions, I haven't mentioned the name of Dunkin'. You can replace 'coffee shop' with Dunkin' while using these directions.
