Don’t forget to try our Nobu Grand Cordon cocktail by Kelvin Hatchett from Nobu Virgin Las Vegas (his second win!).
“Bento Azul” — crafted for this season’s theme. For his inspiration, Kelvin looked to our signature Bento Box dessert, capturing its balance of chocolate and earthy green tea—without creating a dessert cocktail. Hojicha became the pivot point, bringing a roasted, gently smoky depth that complements the tequila’s oak and vanilla, letting agave and tea work in harmony.
Now available at Nobu locations across the U.S. through the end of June.

What people say
Sushi restaurants are known for their fresh and delicious seafood, expertly prepared by skilled chefs. Nobu Fifty Seven on W 57 Street in New York is no exception. As the first uptown location for renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa, this sushi restaurant has been serving up some of the best Japanese cuisine since 2005.
One of the standout dishes at Nobu Fifty Seven is the Tiradito Nobu Style, a classic dish that showcases the chef's signature new style Japanese cuisine. The Black Cod Miso is another must-try dish that perfectly balances sweet and savory flavors. And for those who love a bit of entertainment with their meal, the hibachi table is a fun and interactive experience.
But it's not just the food that makes Nobu Fifty Seven a top-notch sushi restaurant. The restaurant's co-owners include renowned restaurateur Drew Nieporent, Oscar-winning actor Robert De Niro, and Hollywood film producer Meir Teper, ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience is carefully crafted to perfection.
It's no wonder that Nobu Fifty Seven received three stars from the New York Times. From the impeccable service to the mouth-watering dishes, this sushi restaurant truly lives up to its reputation as one of New York's best.
