Weโ€™re celebrating with our new fall menu, which features some brand new autumnal eats by Hilary Johnston along with the tried and true favorites.

This is our new โ€œGarden and Groveโ€ salad with red and green cabbage, Granny Smith apple, roasted butternut squash, roasted Brussels sprouts, pickled red onion, pickled fennel and pepitas in a maple mustard vinaigrette over a white bean rosemary puree. ๐Ÿ™Œ

Outside of Kashkaval, Iโ€™m a baking fanatic specialising in cakes and finding fun flavours to play around with. Who knew chocolate, orange, AND espresso could be so good together? I also dabble in the fashion scene here and there ๐Ÿคญ

One of my favourite things about working at Kashkaval is being able to call all these charming, wonderful, hard working people my coworkers! Our team has such an amazing chemistry to the point where I even question if Iโ€™m actually working whenever Iโ€™m there!
