To get to E 40th Street in New York via public transportation, take the subway and get off at Grand Central-42nd St Station. If you’re driving, you can park at any of the nearby parking garages such as Icon Parking or MPG Parking. From there, it is just a short walk to your destination.
For those taking public transportation, take the 7 subway train towards Flushing Main St and get off at Grand Central-42nd St Station. From there, head east on E 42nd St towards Vanderbilt Ave and turn left onto Vanderbilt Ave. After you pass Pershing Square Cafe, turn right onto E 40th St and continue straight until you reach your destination.
If you’re driving, take FDR Dr southbound and exit at E 35th St before turning left onto 3rd Ave. Turn right on E 40th St and continue straight until you reach your destination. Alternatively, if you’re coming from the west side of Manhattan, take W 42nd towards the East River before turning right onto Tudor City Pl. Turn left on E 40th Street and continue straight until you reach your destination.
