Upcoming: Festival in a Store, a special Magic the Gathering Chaos Draft.
This Friday, 1/19 at 6pm we'll be running a special draft event alongside our weekly FNM activities. There are only 8 spots available for this Chaos Draft, so be sure to book in advance and secure your seat! Link below:
Festival in a Store is a special chaos draft with exclusive prizing, limited to 8 players. Players will choose their draft packs "rotisserie style", taking turns grabbing one pack at a time from the center of the table. After deck construction, players will compete for the following prizes:

To get to Thompson Street in New York City, there are several options for public transportation. The nearest subway station is Houston Street on the 1 line, and from there it is a short walk to Thompson Street. Alternatively, you can take the Bleecker St Station on the 6 train and walk a few blocks.
If you prefer to drive, there are several parking garages nearby. One option is the Icon Parking garage at 299 Elizabeth St, just a block away from Thompson Street. Another option is the Park Right garage at 200 Mercer St, which is just a few blocks away.
Once you arrive on Thompson Street, look for the café with open windows and an inviting atmosphere - that should be The Uncommons!

The Uncommons on Thompson Street in New York is a must-visit for board game enthusiasts. As Manhattan's first board game cafe, it offers an extensive library of titles to purchase or play. The cafe has recently celebrated the winners of this year's American Tabletop Awards, with four games shining in their respective categories. Limited copies of Planet Unknown and Carnegie are available for purchase, while demo copies of Boop and Turing Machine can be played on the play wall. The cafe also hosts weekly TCG events and offers a wide range of strategy games for purchase or play, from beginner-friendly to the crunchiest friend-testers. Prerelease sign-ups for Phyrexia: All Will Be One are now live, so be sure to check out their registration link below before spots fill up!
