We love , a small producer of spirits in Port Chester, NY made from NY state fruit & grain. Our favorite is, Select Bourbon Finished in Apple Apéritif Casks. It’s a part of our “Empire Status” whiskey flight that pays homage to New York State whiskey 🍏🗽🥃

A house favorite is Planet of the Apricots; gin, apricot du roussillon, amaro, 🍋. Gin is the spirit of summer. It’s light, botanical, & blends well with everything, like a champ.
