What people say
Burp Castle is a must-visit destination for beer enthusiasts in New York City. This Belgian beer bar located in the East Village of Manhattan is known as the "Temple of Beer Worship". The bartenders, who used to don monk's robes and enforce a strict 'no talking policy' in the 90s, still occasionally wear robes to pay homage to the bar's legacy. Burp Castle remains a quiet bar where patrons can enjoy good conversation without having to yell over loud music or rowdy crowds.
The selection of beer at Burp Castle is unparalleled, with some of the best brews from around the world available on tap. The bartenders take their time pouring each pint with great care and satisfaction. The murals adorning the walls serve as excellent conversation starters, making it easy to strike up a chat with fellow beer lovers.
If you're looking for a place to unwind after a long day or catch up with friends over some delicious brews, Burp Castle is the perfect spot. With its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, this pub offers an experience that is both unique and unforgettable. So why not come by sometime and see what all the fuss is about? You won't be disappointed!
