Bread has always represented our daily food: a universal symbol of nourishment, sharing, and community.
That is why, for us, choosing the right bread is so important.
We have chosen a naturally leavened sourdough bread, made with ancient grains stone-milled into flour, respecting time, the ingredients, and tradition.
And then there is the pagnotta, the large-format loaf: bread made to be placed at the center of the table, broken by hand, and shared.
For us, it represents three simple yet profound values: sharing, love, and respect.
