As we approach our ✨35th anniversary✨ @ Hi🍸Life, I have been thinking a lot about the passing of TIME; my daughter Lucy is 22, I’m married to Sara almost 24 years, and my beloved Ethel has turned 14! 🐶
Time flies ⏳…

I see how the passing of time is different for Ethel, and “Man’s Best Friend” in general, and also in the life and longevity of a restaurants.

The lifespan of a restaurant is well known to be shortened by a myriad of challenges and an elusive formula of elements

So, like the conversion of Dog years to Human years is 7:1, can it be said that a Restaurant’s age needs a similar conversion? 3:1? 2:1 … Ethel thinks so 😉 … LUK what you think 🤔
