Sicilian cuisine brings bold flavors, fresh seafood, citrus, breadcrumbs, raisins, pine nuts, rich tomato sauces, eggplant, fresh herbs, and influences from Greek, Arab, and Mediterranean cultures. It’s rustic, flavorful, and made from recipes passed down through generations.

At Villa Paradiso, customers constantly talk about the fresh ingredients, generous portions, authentic homemade flavors, incredible service, and warm family atmosphere. So many guests say they feel like family the second they walk through the door. They rave about the live entertainment, steaks, homemade pasta, seafood dishes, and how owner Master Chef Leonardo makes sure every plate is prepared with care and perfection. Every night, Leonardo works hard to make sure guests get the freshest and best meal possible.

We had an unbelievable night — eating, talking, laughing, celebrating for 3–4 hours until the waiter finally had to kick us out 😂. That’s when you know the place feels like home. We truly felt like family, and safe to say… there will definitely be many more date nights at Villa Paradiso. The GOAT 🐐 of Joe’s of Ave U, Leonardo, is the proud owner of Villa Paradiso, and after spending time with him, it’s easy to understand why this place is thriving on Staten Island. Success doesn’t happen by accident. While most people are sleeping, Leonardo is up at 3 AM, personally heading to the markets to handpick the freshest ingredients. He doesn’t leave quality in the hands of delivery companies — he chooses only the best, just like Michelin-level chefs do every day.

Before stepping into his restaurants, he makes sure every location has the right ingredients, the right staff, and the highest standards. What stood out most was what he told us: if someone says his prices are high, he can live with that. But if someone says the food isn’t good, it feels like “a knife to the heart.” ❤️ That passion is exactly why everyone loves Villa Paradiso.
