Established in 2005, Devoción specializes in breakfast and lunch dishes while offering specialty micro-lot Colombian coffee only 10 to 30 days old before roasting, unlike other restaurants that offer beans roasted at 3 to 12 months of age.

Our new honey in collaboration with Colombia-based producer is sourced directly from bees in the coffee-growing mountains of Tolima, Colombia, where they forage on coffee blossoms during the flowering season.

This small batch single-origin honey has a balanced profile of sweetness and acidity with a floral aroma and fruity undertones for a sweet everyday indulgence 🍯

Last month, our Devoción team at origin completed the first project funded by our Women in Coffee Fund, a giveback initiative we launched last November to reinvest in the women producers and communities we work with across Colombia 🐓

In partnership with the Terra Coffee association in Huila, we provided 400 hens, along with coops, feeders, and feed, to 20 women farmers, creating a more circular source of income that supports them even when there is no coffee in harvest.
