Chez Oskar was a French restaurant located on Dekalb Avenue that offered European cuisine. The restaurant had an art nouveau outdoor dining area and was known for its crowd-pleasing Fish & Chips, tasty Bloody Marys, and delicious Key Lime Pie with Sour Cream. Chez Oskar also featured Balinese meals prepared by its chef, Charlotta Janssen. Unfortunately, the restaurant has been permanently closed.
