A very special thank you to one of the parents from the two 1st-grade classes at PS 162 in Queens, who were here for a pizza-making trip and was kind enough to surprise me with a birthday ice cream! 🍕🍦🎉
Having all the kids sing Happy Birthday made celebrating my 65th trip around the sun that much more special.
Pizza, ice cream, and a room full of happy kids — not a bad way to celebrate 65. ❤️
