@nyjra_ny Japanese Restaurant Week-Cherry Blossom Week
Ramen-Ya was a ramen restaurant located at W 4th Street that aimed to convey the spirit and culture of Japan as a food Dojo. The lone master swordsman who owned the restaurant was committed to perfecting his craft and mastering the way of Ramen, where cheating was not an effective strategy. Customer battles were over in a flash, and Niten Ichiryu was the ultimate dish made of noodles and soup stock that he created. Unfortunately, this restaurant is now permanently closed.
