Afficionado’s Spring 2026 Hit List!
Le Chêne — Our favorite wine curation in the city at the moment. This gem is super intimate without feeling stuffy. The team behind Le Chêne really makes you feel at home. We recommend the Uni french toast & dry aged tuna (like butter)🧈
Saint Urban — Very progressive menu, everything is sensational. Prepare to splurge but worth every penny!
Claud — Laid Back, amazing seasonal dining with a superb wine list. We recommend the asparagus with tarragon and almonds & lamb pot-au-feu.
Lucciola (UWS) — SO worth the trip to the UWS. Michael’s amazing dishes and wine list teleport you to Emilia-Romagna. Think Parmigiana Gelato with Balsamic reduction. This place hits different!🍷
St. George Coffee Shop — A familiar spot, reopened and back in rhythm, worth stopping in for! ☕️

Liberator. A blend of coffees from El Salvador, Brazil, and Guatemala, coming together in a cup that feels both familiar and quietly layered.
Warm molasses, soft baking spice, and a rounded sweetness that settles in. Built for the rhythm of service, it’s the blend used across many of our café and restaurant partners moving effortlessly from morning to night.
Find it at the café or order online to enjoy at home! ☕️

Dessert at Francie, Brooklyn.
In restaurants like this, coffee is more than just the last course — it’s the final impression of the meal. It needs to stand on its own, hold up beautifully alongside dessert, and deliver consistency night after night during service.
That’s why blends matter. Our Liberator blend is designed with hospitality in mind: structured enough for espresso, balanced enough to complement pastry and dessert, and consistent enough to perform through every service.
Proud to see Liberator on the bar at Francie, closing out a beautiful meal with the same care and attention that goes into every course before it.

Coffee and aviation share the same spirit: curiosity, courage, and the drive to push boundaries. This March, we’re proud to partner with the New York–New Jersey Section of the Ninety-Nines, supporting scholarships for women pursuing careers in aviation. For the entire month, 10% of all Aileron sales will go directly toward their scholarship fund.
Pictured here are some of the many women who help bring Afficionado coffee to life. Members of PRODECOOP in Nicaragua, where our women-produced coffee La Huucoya is grown and cultivated, alongside Keri Gould, our Head of Education and Social Program Development, who works to carry those stories and relationships forward through training and education.
Stay tuned — flight plans coming soon. ✈️☕️

Bolivia, Finca Alasitas. 🇧🇴📖
A quiet moment with something rare. Grown at high elevation in Los Yungas, this coffee is shaped by cool mountain air and careful processing — resulting in a cup that’s layered, elegant, and deeply expressive.
Finca Alasitas represents the next chapter in our Bolivian sourcing: small, intentional lots that reflect the craft and commitment behind every harvest.
Now available online and at the café. Brew it slowly. Read something good. Taste the difference.

Flying over Guatemala’s active volcanoes on our way to El Platanillo is a reminder of just how powerful this landscape is. The farm receives nearly 20–25 feet of rain each year, shaping soils that are both demanding and incredibly expressive. Below us, Izote and Giante plants anchor the hillsides, preventing erosion with their deep root systems, while coffee is still grown and harvested entirely by hand. This is coffee grown with respect for land, labor, and legacy.
