Creamistry was an ice cream shop and parlor located on Walker Street. Their unique selling point was that they flash freeze their ice cream using liquid nitrogen at -321°F, resulting in a premium, made-to-order scoop that can be customized with over 60+ flavors and toppings. Vegan and non-dairy options were also available. Customers raved about the Cookie Monster Creation and Quantum Coffee Creation, as well as their selection of ice cream cakes for special occasions. Unfortunately, Creamistry has been permanently closed.
