WE ARE NOW CLOSING FEBRUARY 23RD. Due to factors outside of our control our last day of service will be this Monday February 23rd. From now until we close we will have new hours, 12-11:30. We encourage you all to say goodbye to the boo in person since we will be disabling all delivery services and we ask you to please pre-order your take-out to help us streamline order flow. We expect long wait times for dine-in and take-out so we appreciate your patience with us. We will fulfill all nationwide shipping orders and if you want to place one the deadline will be this Sunday. WE LOVE YOU ALL 🫶❤️

Hi Boo Fam!
I am very sad to be writing this message to you all today but due to factors outside of our control we are forced to have our last day of service be February 23rd. I know that this is sooner than we all expected, but we hope that you will be understanding of the fact that there is nothing that we can do. We invite you all to come say goodbye to the boo in person, we will be open for dine-in and take-out from 12-11:30pm from now until we close. We expect there to be long wait times for dine-in and take-out so in order to best accommodate everyone there will be no delivery options available for the rest of our time together. There will also be no vacuum sealed or frozen meals available for in-person pick-up, we are still able to sell our boo buckets and we encourage you to pre-order any take-out you may want in order to decrease wait times and assist with the order flow. With our sustainable electric kitchen we are only able to output so much at a time and we also only have one kitchen staff to make nationwide shipping, take-out and dine-in orders. If you are interested in placing a nationwide shipping order, all orders will need to be in by this Sunday in order for us to complete everything. If you have already placed an order it will be fulfilled. Please be patient with us and our staff as we are all going through this together. Follow us on social media for any updates about future endeavors or anything that may come up in the next few days. Thank you for an incredible 24 years together, we are so grateful for all of your love and support.

I sincerely apologize for not getting back to everyone’s email sooner regarding nationwide shipping. We have been incredibly overwhelmed in the most beautiful way by the outpouring of love and support from our dine-in customers. At the moment, my kitchen simply hasn’t had the capacity to prepare additional orders for shipping.
Please know that I will absolutely honor every order placed. I will be able to prepare and ship everything the beginning of March. I will thankfully have full access to my kitchen. Thank you so much for your patience, understanding and continued support. It truly means the world to us.
much love, jade xoxo

What people say
Vegetarian and vegan restaurants have been gaining popularity in recent years, and for good reason. These types of restaurants offer a wide variety of delicious and healthy options that cater to all dietary needs. One such restaurant that stands out is Red Bamboo, located on W 4th Street in New York.
Red Bamboo has been a staple in the West Village for over 20 years, serving up some of the most delicious vegan soul food around. Their menu includes comfort food favorites like Buffalo Wings, Creole Soul Chicken, and BBQ Ribs - all with a twist - they are completely meatless! This means that even non-vegans can enjoy these dishes without sacrificing flavor or texture.
What sets Red Bamboo apart from other vegetarian/vegan restaurants is their commitment to using only the highest quality ingredients. They source their produce locally whenever possible and use organic ingredients whenever available. This ensures that every dish is not only delicious but also healthy and sustainable.
And let's not forget about dessert! Red Bamboo offers mouth-watering desserts from Vegan Treats and Temptation's Ice Cream, proving that even vegans know how to indulge.
Overall, Red Bamboo is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious vegan soul food in New York City. With its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, it's no wonder why this restaurant has been a favorite among locals for over two decades.
