There comes a time in life where all great things must come to an end. Cole’s Dockside has officially been sold to new owners as of today. Larry and Ian will be stepping away from their active roles. There are no words to describe the feelings we are all experiencing right now, a true whirlwind of emotions. As anyone that frequented the restaurant knows, what made Cole’s stand out from the rest is the amazing clientele. The people that walked in as strangers , became customers, grew into friends , and then shortly after ended up as family. Through thick and thin our loyal base stuck by us and supported us through the hardest of times. From rallying behind us after a quick build after Hurricane Sandy, to hanging out in our parking lot and getting food to go during Covid-19. The love and gratitude we have for all of our customers is truly so deep. But none of the wonderful 19 years of service would have been possible without our amazing staff. From receiving a magic show at the bar to being served by familiar faces , the staff is what truly gave Cole’s the “Cheers” feeling we all grew so fond of. Not often can someone say they went out on top, this is an exception . We will truly miss everyone that we hold so deep in our hearts. We will never forget all the amazing memories made and all the laughs shared . Do not be sad it’s over, be happy that it happened.
