time keeps flying by faster and faster each year … 7.5 next month to be exact . it’s never been perfect and far from easy … it’s been a journey of peaks and valleys … one full of faces old and new . the path full of challenges that are constant like the changing seasons that continually pass . countless times of tired bones and spirit that are renewed with joy and small moments of pride from the many times looking back at how far this trek has taken me . it may never be perfect and will always be far from easy … but this journey has brought me years of memories , lessons learned , cherished relationships , amazing neighbors wonderful teammates and a way of life i am more grateful to say i have been living . and just feeling grateful to be living , really . thank you for being a part of it all 🤍

summer 2022 , i helped a neighbor send flowers to a lovely lady he met , after he called our sister shop . fast forward two years , i helped him plan a surprise proposal in the courtyard , after a little toast , he whisks her away to celebrate … but realized he “left his keys” 30 mins later … and they return to find both sets of parents and a sibling each ready to have a dine together as a newly engaged couple . menu and drinks thought through by the groom to be . trust fully in our hands to make the night special . all the years of hosting our community , and those connected to it , the joy of providing these small spaces , curating special moments and collaborating on sui generis experiences have not faded
