Maiko at Home — Ep. 4 🏡
Real talk: this season is a lot. Holiday parties, school applications, year-end everything… I know many of us are moving through the same chaos. So when I cook at home, it has to be easy, grounding, and comforting.
This beet dish checks all the boxes—golden beets, labneh, a mustard–miso sauce, and a sprinkle of Bessou furikake. It looks fancy, but takes almost no effort, which is exactly my energy right now.
With all the joy the holidays bring, there’s also a lot on our plates. I hope you find a moment of calm—and maybe a nourishing bite—at home today. 💙
