Reserve Series 04 : Jhoan Vergara
We’re back with another high-end, small lot release for our Reserve Series with this Thermal Shock Washed Bourbon Aji variety from Jhoan Vergara at !
This coffee is bursting with bright tropical fruit, clean lingering sweetness and intense florals. We have a few bags left from the final roast before it’s gone so be quick and visit one of our NYC locations to pick up a bag or head online and have it shipped to your door.
As far as standout coffees go, this is definitely one of the highlights of our 2025 line up. If your freezer is full of special lots like ours, you’ll want to be adding this one to the library.

Tomorrow at 70 Pine St, Black Fox will host Ralf Rueller and Michael Beyne of one of Europe’s leading roasters and a proud partner of Black Fox Coffee.
Along with a full menu takeover, Ralf and Michael will be brewing exclusive coffees from their Masterpiece Collection at a pop-up pour over bar inside the cafe.

To get to the coffee shop and restaurant located on Pine Street, there are different transportation options you can take:
Public Transport:
- Take the subway and get off at the Wall St station. From there, walk east on Wall St and make a right on Pearl St, then another right on Maiden Ln which will lead you to Pine St.
- Alternatively, take the bus to Pearl St/Fulton St stop. Walk north on Pearl Street until you reach Pine Street.
Driving/Parking:
- If you're driving from North of New York City, take I-95 S and exit at 4 toward Brooklyn Bridge/Civic Center. Continue onto Centre Street and turn left onto Chambers Street, followed by a right onto Broadway. Then turn left onto Dey Street followed by a right onto Greenwich street which leads to Pine street.
- There is public parking lot available nearby that can be accessed via Albany St with an entrance at Greenwich St or via West Thames street.
