Women’s History Month Wine Dinner with Winemaker Maria Chiancola 🍷🥂
Join us in the Chef’s Room at Little Owl to wrap up Women’s History Month with an intimate wine dinner celebrating Maria Chiancola of Tipsy Rose Wines.
Maria’s California-grown wines—bright, expressive, and inspired by the Rhône Valley—have quickly developed a devoted following. For this one-night event, Maria will personally guide guests through each pairing and share the stories behind the vineyards, bottles, and her winemaking approach.
Chef Joey Campanaro has created a spring-driven menu to highlight the freshness of the season and the character of Maria’s wines.

Big Eye Tuna Tartare with truffle parm crouton, chives, and boiled egg mimosa
Linguine alla Nerano with fried zucchini sauce, basil, pecorino, and parmesan

Broiled Nova Scotia Halibut with corn salad, English peas, shoots, and pesto dressing
