Tuscan restaurants are known for their authentic Italian cuisine and delicious wines. Fiaschetteria Pistoia in New York City is no exception. This restaurant has been serving up traditional Tuscan dishes since 1890, making it a go-to spot for those looking for an authentic taste of Italy.
One of the standout features of Fiaschetteria Pistoia is their impressive wine menu. The milk bottle rack is loaded with flavorful imported wines that perfectly complement the delicious food on offer. The restaurant's namesake, the "fiasco," is a round glass container used to store wine in Italy, and Fiaschetteria Pistoia pays homage to this tradition by offering an extensive selection of imported wines.
The ingredients used in the dishes at Fiaschetteria Pistoia are also imported from Italy, ensuring that every bite is bursting with authentic flavor. Recipes come from a long-time family tradition headed by "nonna," adding an extra layer of authenticity to the dining experience.
