Starting this Monday, April 13., each Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night will feature a distinct theme, and special pricing on featured menu items, from 6pm to closing time (we'll still have Happy Hour from 4-6pm each weeknight). ♥️ Pizza is love, and this is an ode to our Pizza Specials No. 1 & No. 4 ~ they bring out the best in each other and make a great two-pie combination! The No. 1 is quite rich, with its small batch fresh mozzarella, Scamorza affumicata, pancetta, scallions and Oregon-grown white truffle infused olive oil (and an egg or two on top if you wish), while the No. 4, featuring tomato, mozzarella, arugula and prosciutto, makes for a refreshing companion.

Juliana’s Pizza has officially opened in West Palm Beach’s Nora District, bringing Patsy Grimaldi’s legendary coal-fired pizza tradition from beneath the Brooklyn Bridge to South Florida.

Built on generations of craftsmanship, the restaurant carries forward the original Grimaldi family philosophy with thin coal-fired crusts, New York-sourced water and dough, and tomatoes grown in the volcanic soils near Mount Etna, delivering the authentic flavor that made its Brooklyn location a national destination, while classic touches like Ring Dings and traditional egg creams carry the nostalgia forward.

We’re sad to share with you that our beloved co-founder and pizza luminary, Patsy Grimaldi, has passed away. It will be hard to fully honor his legacy, but starting tonight, we will keep his table empty to begin to honor his incredible legacy. We will also close the restaurant in his memory this coming Wednesday, February 19th. While we realize that our many friends and neighbors will regret not having been able to say ‘goodbye’ in person, the memories of his nightly appearances and interactions with all of you were the highlight of his days. He will, of course, be missed by all of us at Juliana’s, as well as the many, many guests he touched over the years. The good news is that he is now at peace and finally reunited with his late wife (and our other co-founder) Carol, who he missed so much. It’s also important to remember that Patsy changed the New York City pizza landscape forever when he opened his eponymous pizza emporium in 1990 and made it “cool” to come to Brooklyn! Although he is no longer a “living” legend, he will forever hold his rightful place in the pantheon of pizza icons.
