Casa Cavia, a cultural destination that includes a restaurant, bar, cafe, wine cellar and flower shop is located in the Palermo Chico area of Buenos Aires. The 1920’s building, originally designed by Norwegian architect Alejandro Christophersen was carefully reworked using sympathetic materials by KallosTurin Architects to create a modern cultural center that still retains all of its original historic charm.

The restaurant is a Michelin-recommended establishment in 2024. Managed by Julieta Caruso, former sous-chef at Mugaritz during 9 years.
Casa Cavia opens from 10 am to 1 am for guests to find breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner and brunch. A land of emotions, perceptions and flavors, each of which you can seize at leisure; simple things speak better than intricate ones and noble things often speak forever.
