Pepe Ecuador Soledad Sidra Washed 🇪🇨
Grown at 1,515m in Ecuador’s Intag Valley, this lot was harvested by Pepe, Monique, and Jose in December, one of the rare varieties grown on a small portion of Finca Soledad’s 120 hectares. Two days resting, two days in mucilage, fully washed, then a slow 24-day dry in the shade. Tropical and layered, silky as it finishes.
We taste: Kiwi, persimmon, apricot, layered. 🥝🍑

From the award-winning Hacienda La Esmeralda, triple crown winners of Best of Panama.
Grown at 1,870m in Quiel, this washed Gesha went through four days of cold anaerobic fermentation and spent 19 days on raised beds. Floral and bright with a clean, sweet finish.🌸
