Big Apple smackers pops all summer long🏀🤩

This is a super simple dessert idea, excellent for summer Friday nights. It’s so easy to make and has the perfect combo of hot and cold.

* 4 peaches, or other stone fruit
* ��1 Tbsp brown sugar
* ��2 Tbsp Boondocks Bourbon
* ��juice of 1/2 lemon
* ��1 Tbsp vanilla extract
* ��4-5 scoops Klein’s Sea Salt Caramel Ice Cream (Vanilla Ice Cream works great too)

Instructions;
1. Set oven to 425°F.
2. Halve and pit the peaches, slice.
3. Mix with brown sugar, bourbon, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
4. Roast for 20 minutes.
5. Layer warm peaches, maldon salt (optional), ice cream, and repeat.

Fruit salad but make it sorbet 🍓

1. On a sheet pan, mix 2.5 cups Rice Krispies, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup oil, sprinkle of cinnamon (optional).
2. Bake in oven on 350° 20-30 minutes, mix halfway through.
3. Layer 3-4 tbsp pineapple tidbits, 2-3 scoops premium strawberry sorbet, pour some of the pineapple juice over the sorbet scoops, and finish off with the crunch.
