Meet the Roasters!
Ian is our Lead Roaster, and the backbone of what we do here. Our roasters are busy all day everyday, and at any point in the workday you can hear the Loring S70 Perigrine whirring away in the background, and find Ian at the helm.
The Loring S70 is a huge part of our commitment to sustainability. It uses 80% less fuel than traditional roasters, and has cut our carbon footprint by an estimated 180,000 pounds of CO2 per year.
