As daylight fades over SoHo, dinner at Crosby Street Hotel takes on a character of its own. Candles are lit, glasses are poured and the table begins to fill with plates worth passing around.
Seared salmon with ratatouille and tomato jam, Garganelli bolognese and beef bourguignon with creamy mashed potatoes make a very good case for gathering a few friends and making an evening of it.

The Sculpture Garden sits tucked just beyond the doors of Crosby Street Hotel, New York’s own pocket of green in the middle of SoHo. A breeze dances through the leaves while sunlight catches the sculptures dotted among the greenery. The Goose Smash combines Grey Goose Vodka with juicy mango, raspberries, lime and fresh mint, while the Rosemary Clover Club pairs The Botanist Gin with raspberries, rosemary and lemon for a bright, herbaceous finish. Follow along as he harvests the ingredients that shape the day's menu—from delicate microgreens sprinkled over breakfast dishes and salads, to baby arugula and red dandelion folded into our signature beet salad. Even the chocolate and pineapple mint make their way behind the bar, bringing a fresh lift to seasonal cocktails. To reach Crosby Street in New York, you can take the subway to either the Spring Street or Canal Street station and walk east towards Lafayette Street until you reach Crosby Street. Alternatively, you can take a bus that stops at Broadway and Houston Street and walk south on Broadway until you reach Crosby Street.
If you are driving, there is limited street parking available near Crosby Street, but there are several parking garages nearby such as Icon Parking on Lafayette, Central Parking on Broome, and SP+ Parking on Greene. Please note that parking rates in Manhattan can be expensive.
