Alternatively, you can take a bus that stops at Broadway and Houston Street and walk south on Broadway until you reach Crosby Street.
If you are driving, there is limited street parking available near Crosby Street, but there are several parking garages nearby such as Icon Parking on Lafayette, Central Parking on Broome, and SP+ Parking on Greene. Please note that parking rates in Manhattan can be expensive.
