This restaurant was founded in 1985 by my father with a vision of creating a place where people could experience true Italian hospitality and his cuisine. It may sound simple, but simple cooking, when made with the right products, and sometimes with the willingness to step slightly beyond strict purism, is where the magic happens: “La sofisticata semplicità della cucina italiana,” the sophisticated simplicity of Italian cuisine. Not much has changed since then. Our goal remains the same: to share authentic Italian cuisine and products with the care, tradition, and respect that define the food culture of Italy. Thank you to our entire staff for their dedication and hard work every single day. This recognition belongs to them as much as anyone. Together with our incredible team, we work every day to honor the vision and traditions this restaurant was built on. We are incredibly honored to be recognized by Gambero Rosso as one of the top Italian restaurants. This recognition means so much to us and motivates us even more to keep doing what we love.
