We're committed to providing a weeks worth of groceries, every week, for every member of our team, until we can re-open our doors to the public. With your support, we can feed more families, with more groceries, for more time. All proceeds go directly to the procurement, preparation and packing of groceries for our restaurant teams. During these trying times, please help us care for the crew that so enjoyed taking care of you!

What people say
New American restaurants are known for their fusion of different cuisines and flavors, creating a unique and exciting dining experience. Joseph Leonard, located on Waverly Place in New York, is a prime example of this culinary trend. This cozy neighborhood spot offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that perfectly complements its seasonal American menu with French Bistro influences.
What sets Joseph Leonard apart from other restaurants is their commitment to taking care of their team members during these difficult times. In March 2020, they announced on social media that they would be providing a week's worth of groceries to every member of their team until they could reopen to the public. This act of kindness and generosity truly shows the heart and soul behind this establishment.
But it's not just their philanthropic efforts that make Joseph Leonard stand out. Their menu features delicious dishes such as the crispy chicken sandwich with spicy mayo and pickles, or the grilled hanger steak with roasted mushrooms and bordelaise sauce. And let's not forget about their famous chocolate chip cookie skillet dessert - it's worth saving room for!
Overall, Joseph Leonard is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and a restaurant that truly cares about its community.
