Hey guys so this week I am going to be doing
Cajun chicken thighs with Cajun brown rice
Rice will have onions and peppers and steamed broccoli
The keto meal this week will be Caribbean jerk chicken thighs with cauliflower mixed rice witch will have onions peppers and carrots with steamed green beans.
