Thanks for featuring our very own, in a recent article, read below and double tap to show the Chef some love:

Chef Nico Bouter began his career at the young age of 17 at three-Michelin-Star Restaurant de Librije in Zwolle in the Netherlands.  Over ten years, he progressed to being one of the four chefs running the restaurant’s daily operations.  In 2015, Nico moved across the Atlantic Ocean to work at the renowned Eleven Madison Park. He spent time in Los Cabos, Mexico to help open a new fine-dining concept with his former Dutch chef, before returning to New York City to be Sous Chef at Agern in Grand Central.  The following year, Nico helmed the kitchen at Flora Bar as Chef de Cuisine, until the COVID-19 pandemic brought the restaurant industry to a halt.  In August of 2020, he joined the & Sons Hospitality Group team as Culinary Director, where he runs all food operations within the group and provides guidance on expansion.
